With Parky gone it was inevitable that much would be lost and so it is. Clive Anderson did a reasonable fill in but a radio presenter he is not. And so starting next Sunday we have Eammon Holmes. Is this truly the best that R2 can do? It's such a safe, cosy and boring option. I only hope that Parky's musical playlist remains untouched.

Back Once More
Wow, 20th of November was my last post. Work and life took over and as I don't want to compromise my blog by posting just for the sake of it, I didn't blog at all and I have missed it. So, belated Happy New Year to my blog friends and those who just 'drop in', and hope lots of groovy music comes your way during 2008.
Still have many home projects to do, like put all my collection into a digital database of some kind, convert LP's to CD's, do more radio programmes AND listen to the huge amount of CD's I have amassed during the last 12 months. And then of course there is the banjo which I have not picked up for several months, just re-tuned it so hopefully I'll get back to this also.
Also had more music for Christmas will I will list tomorrow.
If anyone has some new great music [or a classic] they think I should be listening to, let me know.
Cheers
